1-1 PRIVATE TRAINING

Includes:

  • Each session is 45 minutes in length

  • Online assessment 

  • Virtual strength evaluation (done before ANY program can begin)

  • Daily nutritional accountability

  • Bi-weekly check-in

  • Written programming for off-days (additional fee)

  • Access to accountability social media group

All additionals above are included with a package purchase of 10 sessions or more. Paid in Full.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Includes:

  • Each session is 45 minutes in length

  • Online 1-1 assessment

  • Virtual strength evaluation (done before ANY program can begin)

    • Evaluation is done independent of group​

  • Daily nutritional accountability (additional fee may apply)

  • Bi-weekly check-in

  • Written programming for off-days (additional fee)

  • Access to accountability social media group

All additionals above are included with a package purchase of 10 sessions or more. Paid in Full.

  • ONE single 45 minute session: $95

  • 10 Pack - 45 minute sessions: $890

Pricing:

  • 2 people: ONE single 45 minute session: $85 per person

  • 3-5 people  $75 per person
